Meet Ayla Bradley, Senior Art Director, at GSW, powered by Syneos Health , serving the healthcare marketing imperatives on pharmaceutical brands that market to both healthcare professionals and patients. A rewarding aspect of her work is to problem solve and come up with new unique design that pushes the boundaries of the pharma world. One thing that makes Ayla think differently is her dyslexia. She does not see her disability as something that weakens her, but as a way to remember to incorporate accessibility into the pieces she creates. Outside of work Ayla loves watching and playing sports. In the summer you can find her at a Yankees game cheering on the team with friends. In the winter she is skiing every weekend. Ayla coaches young ski racers with some aspiring to be selected for the Olympics one day!  She unwinds with drawing and painting fine art pieces.
