The event will bring emergency responders, families, co-workers and supporters together for an afternoon of networking, food, raffles and music by The Unknown Woodsmen. This event is open to everyone and there is no a charge to attend! The intent of the event is to bring everyone together for an afternoon of fun and raising funds for Believe 31 as we support our brothers / sisters who are battling cancer or other life threatening illness. From product shortages to delivery delays, these issues are affecting everyone—from cultivators to consumers. #cannabispr "A recent survey by the Cannabis Association of New York (CANY) shows widespread supply chain issues in the state’s fledgling cannabis industry, even as most operators surveyed remain optimistic about sales prospects in the coming months...In the survey, 78% of dispensary owners said that their suppliers were frequently limiting product shipments over the past three months. Similarly, 66% of processors said they’ve heard the same from cultivators." The findings underscore the urgent need for innovative solutions to navigate this crunch. After months of preparation, the 2024 McNeil & Co. Cortland Producer Training comes to an end. We are still buzzing from the energy and enthusiasm everyone brought to our training. We covered a lot of ground over the course of two days — from sharing strategies, swapping stories, and digging into the what and WHY of how McNeil is different. We started by exploring how to hunt down leads, underwriting the leads, and then dove into the nitty-gritty of what it really means to represent McNeil in the field. There’s a big difference between sending a proposal and showing up in person to walk a client through our programs. We also pulled back the curtain on our Emergency Services program, complete with the ESIP "Flip Chart" demo, a mock tradeshow and then a deep dive into each program. A special thanks to Nicole Meeker for covering LOSAP and Robert Loper, PMP from Arch Insurance Group Inc. on Accident and Health. Big shoutout to everyone who joined in, whether you were there for the golf, the wine tour, or just rolling up your sleeves in the sessions. You all brought your A-game, and it made a difference. Thanks for being part of the McNeil family, and here’s to growing together in 2025 and beyond. "It’s great to see the Cannabis Control Board taking action today to clarify to municipalities the rules the state is using to issue licenses that supersede objections at the local level.
