Proud to have worked on the Be4All website. This is a joint effort between International Association of Sheet Metal Air Rail & Transportation Workers, SMACNA and International Training Institute (ITI), representing labor, management and training in the sheet metal industry. Be4All isn't just about diversity and inclusion (btw, in the union trades, men and women already get paid the same for the same work), it's about BELONGING. And belonging is what Be4All aims to promote. There's even a safe and rapid protocol for reporting discrimination, harassment, hazing and bullying. And get this, this website has protected content that can be accessed by both SMART and SMACNA members because the website has SSO with both systems. Thank you, Anisah Khan, Abbie de Pano-Sanchez, Jen Squirewell, Nabeelah Naeem, Susannah Forde, Valerie McLane, and Joye Blanscett from SMACNA, Donna Silverman, Les Poling, Louise Medina, and Paul Pimentel from SMART, and lastly, Tammy Meyen from ITI! Nice work, Jessica Parsley, Seil Lee and Alex Pineda! Visit this inspiring website at https://www.beforall.org/

What was your favorite part of #ASAEAnnual? There was a lot to love, but for us it was most definitely seeing our people 💜
A highlight for me was connecting with a few people who have been clients for a loooooong time. A few examples: Renee Merker from PMPA has been a client of Matrix Group International for 25 years, and a client of mine personally for 30 years. Leslie Blum, CAE, MBA was a client back in 2001. And Linda Burnett, CAE, CMP and Jonathan Cooper from National Association of Episcopal Schools have been clients since 2003! Sue Capon and Chantal Almonord, CAE from ISPOR and Lesley Ravas from MCAA seem like newbies by comparison but they’ve been clients for over six years! Super fun drinks and then dinner with clients last night! Loved seeing friends and clients who mean so much to me! In 3D!
