Marubeni Itochu Tubulars Middle East Pipes L.L.C. (MITME) is an affiliate company of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc., Japan (MISI), which constitutes a strategic joint venture in the steel business between Marubeni Corporation and Itochu Corporation established in 2001. These two (2) companies serve as the ultimate parent entities, each owning 50% of the equity in MISI. The Tubular division of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. (MISI) was established with the aim of supplying steel tubulars primarily to customers in the Oil and Gas Industry in key regions such as Houston, London and Singapore. MITME, founded in 2020, was established to meet the growing demand for tubular products with VMI(Vender Managed Inventory) services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Leveraging a global network encompassing 106 offices spanning five continents, MISI possesses the extensive scope and seasoned experience required to provide an array of steel tubular products sourced from leading steel mills worldwide, including those in Japan, USA, Europe and Middle East.
