Exciting News as We Close August! 🌟 August brought us incredible opportunities to collaborate on significant projects. We always enjoy working with Walk the Talk America to develop new content that addresses mental health and responsible gun ownership, launch a survey, and continue to manage their marketing efforts. We're also thrilled to start with Dr. Gala True and The Armory Project. We will focus on enhancing branding, refining website content, and setting up a social media posting schedule that balances quality content with posting frequency. We recently increased our role with The Life Change Center, adding email marketing and other responsibilities to our social media management. We also helped Willem Bos create marketing materials to pitch, land, and market commercial real estate listings in the Bay Area. One of the materials we created for him is attached to this post!

I'm currently a fourth-year student at the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in Marketing in Business. I have a passion for digital and social media marketing. We're going back and looking at some of our favorite projects over the years. This one was designing promotions using the gaming software from Aristocrat to create bonus promotions connected to the player's play. We did this for a casino client from 2018 until their sale in 2023. This project stood out because it merged math, analytics, and creativity. We navigated various challenges, like outdated gaming software, to unlock the full potential of the casino's promotional capabilities. We had the opportunity to develop engaging campaigns with unique themes, moving beyond typical promotions like bingo and rolling dice. Creating projection models based on player data and seeing them hit the mark post-launch was incredibly rewarding. I've been hearing a lot about Zero-Click Marketing lately. As many of you might have noticed, platforms like LinkedIn tend to suppress posts with external links. These platforms make their revenue from ads that keep users engaged on their site. Zero-Click Marketing is a rebranding of content marketing that focuses on providing value directly within the platform. Instead of always trying to drive traffic away, shift towards educating, entertaining, and engaging your audience where they are. Here are some key takeaways: Avoid putting external links in your posts to prevent reach suppression. Focus on creating valuable content that educates and/or entertains. Build trust and stay top of mind by consistently delivering value. Mix in promotional content sparingly to keep your audience engaged and informed. It's all about striking the right balance and understanding that bringing value to your audience will make future sales easier and more organic.

Through these efforts, NOTA will make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by opioid use disorders, creating healthier and more resilient Nevada communities. This website aimed to create a basic website with a simple listing of all its members to attract more funding and support and expand its capabilities.

I would never tell a small business to post daily on social media, and here is why. If I say you must post daily, then frequency becomes your main goal. While this may have been a good strategy 7 years ago, times have changed, and so should your social media strategy. Now, I want businesses to focus on quality content as their primary goal. I always start new brands with the goal of one good to great post a week. Find consistency in creating valuable content for your audience before increasing the frequency of your posts. Any social media professional will tell you one great post is worth more than 50 or even 100 bad posts. We have a client who had a great post. We added $10 in paid ads to help the content reach more of their audience, and in total, it reached 10,858 people with 1,052 engagements. For some brands still finding their way on social media, this would be a month or more of posting mediocre content. This is why your primary goal should be to provide value with your content to separate yourself from the millions of others posting on the same social media platform. Then focus more on increasing how often you post second. *Disclaimer: yes, posting more often can help you find your way with content that works and content that doesn't work. You could post about something you might not have and find success.*
