This Hispanic Heritage Month, it is important to recognize the barriers Hispanic and Latinx Americans face when accessing mental health services. The lack of culturally competent care, along with experiences of racism and discrimination, can lead to feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression. It's time to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create an inclusive environment where everyone can get the help they need. #MentalHealth #HispanicHeritageMonth
