    Not exactly the way we imagined ending Q3... thankfully our team and their families made it out of the devastation of Helene safely. Unfortunately, like many throughout the southeast, we are working through damage to homes, cars, and community infrastructure and trying to help our friends and neighbors as they navigate the same. We are doing everything we can to minimize disruptions for our clients and partners, and we very much appreciate the understanding and patience that has already been extended as we've responded to this challenge. None of us would have asked for this, but the strength and resilience of our colleagues and communities is evident and inspiring. We'll continue to make steady progress, help those around us, and deliver on the excellent service we always promise.

    We had the best time last night at Burger Battle benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta. We're passionate about making a difference, and events like this remind us how powerful our community can be. The funds raised from this event will help empower local youth, provide critical resources, and foster the next generation of leaders! We're already looking forward to next year!

    Would you accept a job with no other information other than what is included in the job description? Hopefully the answer is no, because a piece of paper rarely tells you the whole story. The same logic should be applied by hiring managers when reviewing a resume - by itself, it will never tell you everything you need to know about a person. It takes time to vet someone's intangible skills, core values, cultural fit, and unlisted experiences to know if they would make a great hire or not. Don't hire OR disqualify someone based solely on their resume.

Just hit your quarterly target? Leverage your LinkedIn profile for live updates to your network! 2. LinkedIn is a search engine - recruiters can find you easily by searching for specific skills. 3. Recruiters can quickly assess your fit for a position. LinkedIn profiles are typically represented in a similar format. Resumes typically vary in format and detail. Resumes are still important and should be kept up-to-date. However, LinkedIn is a more efficient way to get noticed by the right people.
