With a small job site surrounded by businesses and existing structures, efficient logistics and material handling are key. The stair and shear walls feature windows—a unique element for shear walls—with arched windows at the first level that created an intriguing challenge for forming and concrete placement. For our customer, this is one of their larger projects and the first experience with post-tension slabs for many on their team. Lithko is supporting them with our expertise in large concrete frames and post-tensioning. Matt brings over 16 years of specialized legal experience, including 11 years at Keller North America, where he progressed from Corporate Counsel to General Counsel. He was instrumental in leading legal initiatives for the North American Division, a $2.5 billion business, where his team directly supported business units generating $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
