The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy's Accelerating Community Investment (ACI) initiative (https://lnkd.in/e2mPxn4N) is excited to be a SOCAP Innovation Partner this year! Join us at #SOCAP24 to connect with asset allocators of all types & meet some of our community partners to learn about new place based investable opportunities at Impact’s flagship event - SOCAP Global - October 28-30 at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. Investors, entrepreneurs, and social impact leaders from across sectors and around the world will convene to urgently and inclusively accelerate progress against the world’s toughest challenges through market-based solutions. We're excited to be hosting a Fireside Chat titled "Accelerating Community Investment: Strategies for Place Based Inpact Capital Deployment" in May 28th at 3:00 pm PST. The session will focus on what it takes to unlock new capital for community-led redevelopment and drive truly equitable growth? We'll share lessons learned and fresh strategies from our ACI initiative that will help impact investors and their community partners to build new ecosystems that channel investment into local communities. Focusing on both the opportunities and challenges of these efforts, this session will provide valuable insights into how ACI &our Center for Geospatial Solutions (CGS) are helping communities and investors find each other, develop new investable opportunities, and deploy capital to maximum impact in the places that need it the most across the United States. We'll feature a demo of Who Owns America® tool - which can help investors seeking place based deployment opportunities land their capital where it is needed the most. Who Owns America is unlocking the black box of property ownership information to help tip the balance in favor of sustainable and equitable communities. Our ACI participants will share ways to land impact and values aligned capital in community - and the capital and community partnerships they've developed to do so for maximum impact in cities and regions across the U.S. Im thrilled to be joined in this panel by our ACI participants & my Lincoln Institute colleagues from our CGS center, including: ✅Reina Murray , Associate Director, CGS ✅Alex Lawson, SVP Strategic Initiatives, Hope Enterprise Corporation & Chairman, Jackson Redevelopment Authority ✅Pierre Joseph, Inclusive Economies Manager, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Meet us there! https://bit.ly/4aglOji Cc Bob Burris Devin Culbertson Alex Cabral Mindy (Frye) Gudmundson Harold Pettigrew, Jr. Lauren Grattan Vanessa Roanhorse Margot Brandenburg Jonathan Tower Tova Lobatz Dana K.
