Attendees engaged in a discussion on neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, exploring practical accommodations and strategies to enhance their employment and retention. This summer, Krissi participated in an insightful panel discussion on Workforce and Board Diversity standards - part of the CRE (Corporate Racial Equity) Alliance Standards 💬 The conversation focused on the importance of representation in businesses and the group shared best practices for improving workforce retention and well-being. A key takeaway: the value of having boards that reflect their communities and the need for strong communication between employees and board members.
