Limerick Twenty Thirty were delighted to host a visit by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Ireland Team to Opera Square 🏗️ The site tour started with a presentation on the Circular Economy initiatives undertaken so far on the project including the successes of the Pre-Demolition Audit, reuse of material both onsite and offsite and the novel sustainability approaches being taken on the construction of the One Opera Square building and surrounding development🌿. Opera Square is a Circular Economy Lighthouse Demonstrator project through the EPA’s grant funded Green Enterprise Programme. We are undertaking the initiative in collaboration with the Southern Waste Management Region, Atlantic Technological University, and the Irish Green Building Council. #CECON #CircularEconomy #OperaSquare

It was great to have 19 students and 5 teachers from Jugendsiedlung Berufliche Schulen Traunreut visit Opera Square today 🏗️ They were given a presentation about Opera Square and the current progress on site from John Sisk & Son Ltd Thanks to the Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board for the opportunity to have the students on site while on their trip to Ireland
