Mood boards help us capture the essence of a place, and each element serves as a source of creativity and direction. For the hotel motor court, we created a modern take on a classic European-style piazza, with Art Deco-inspired patterns flowing seamlessly from the lobby to the outdoor space. Large trees and clipped hedges carve out intimate areas, blending with the West Hollywood vibe. The design for the Residences embraces a contemporary style, using warm hardscape materials and layered, textural planting to soften the clean lines. This approach creates an inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of an exclusive residence in the Hollywood Hills, with terraced gardens offering stunning city views. This morning, the Vegas Strong Fund (VSF) hosted a press event announcing a three-year campaign to fundraise for and build the permanent Forever One Memorial in remembrance of 1 October. The VSF board of directors, and project partners, including JCJ ARCHITECTURE and Burke Construction Group, along with representatives from local police and fire departments, hospitals, and elected officials were in attendance to demonstrate the strong coalition of support that is committed to honoring the survivors, victims, and their families.
