Sprinkler activation saved lives, archives, and the building. Fire crews arrived early Sunday morning to find the fire had been contained by a single sprinkler head. There were no injuries, flame damage was limited to the objects of origin, and soot and heat damage was limited to the room of origin. Sunday religious services were held on time at 9:30 a.m. without incident! St. Jerome Catholic Church is a property maintained by our team. The sprinkler heads have already been replaced and the system is back in service!
