Our Respiratory Therapists specialize in providing care to medically fragile ventilator and trach dependent patients (infant, pediatric, adult) and their families. Life Tech is accredited by ACHC and meets all local, state, and federal regulations as a licensed Home Medical Equipment Provider for patients in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Life Tech has been acknowledged by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) with the Quality Respiratory Care Recognition seal. In 2015 Life Tech was presented with the HME Excellence Award and recognized as one of the top 3 HME providers in the country! At Life Tech, we understand who depends on us and we are there to provide everything a patient could need in the home care setting. Each patient has different healthcare needs and we are able to tailor our inventory of equipment and supplies to meet these specific needs. Life Tech’s Respiratory Support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Our bi-lingual staff is qualified to take new patient referrals, refill supply orders, and troubleshoot equipment problems. When dealing with medically fragile patients, proper education of the patient, family, and caregiver(s) is vital for a successful hospital discharge and safe homecare environment. With Life Tech you can feel comfortable the patient, family, and caregivers are educated properly on use and care of equipment they receive for the homecare setting.
