Congratulations to Shae MacPherson on his 10-year anniversary at Lennar!   Shae began his career at Lennar with our Orlando division serving both as a Customer Relations Specialist and Construction Manager. Following his time in the Orlando area, Shae applied for a role at the Tampa division after his mother, a fellow Construction Manager, encouraged him to join the team.   "We are a company of caring, committed, and hardworking people all working towards the same goal: satisfied customers. Congratulations to Robert Scheidt on 25 years at Lennar! After completing time in the Marine Corp, Rob decided to take the leap into the homebuilding industry. Following a career in both New Jersey and Florida construction, Rob became a Senior Quality Assurance Manager taking ownership of environmental and safety initiatives. In 2014, Rob was promoted to National Field Operations Trainer and then later National Safety Manager. After his time at the national level, Rob became the Tampa Area Construction Manager and then the Director of Construction overseeing the homebuilding process across the division. Congratulations to Jeremy Palmer on 10 years at Lennar Tampa! After seeing Lennar signage, Jeremy decided to apply for a New Home Consultant position at every Lennar division from Florida to Texas. Jeremy secured the role in Tampa and was a top three New Home Consultant each one of his first five years at the division level. After great success as a New Home Consultant, Jeremy was promoted to Area Sales Manager and served in that role for over two years before being promoted to Director of Sales. Due to Jeremy's strong leadership skills and customer experience expertise, Jeremy now serves as the Vice President of Sales for Lennar Tampa. Congratulations to Cory Carlson on 10 years with Lennar Tampa! Cory joined the team in 2015 as a Construction Manager Trainee where he learned the ins and outs of Lennar construction for two months. After completing his training, he worked as a Construction Manager for over seven years in communities across the Tampa Bay area. Due to Cory's success in his role, he was promoted to Senior Construction Manager and later Area Construction Manager in 2022 where he currently helps lead our construction team in our Hernando County and eastern Pasco County communities. Kathleen applied to the company alongside her husband after hearing how much Lennar Associates enjoyed their jobs when conversing in the field. Kathleen joined the team in the warranty department before making the move to the role of Construction Manager. She now serves as a Scheduling Expeditor.
