Her basement flooded, her bedroom ceiling was collapsing from roof leaks, kitchen cabinets were falling off and hitting her on the head, and the windows didn’t seal properly. Concerned about her living conditions, Wilma reached out to Legal Aid for help. Her Legal Aid attorney quickly stepped in, contacting the landlord and outlining the necessary repairs. The attorney made it clear that if the repairs weren't made, it would be a breach of the lease, and Wilma would have to find a safer place to live. The good news? Wilma's landlord promptly addressed all the issues. Thanks to Legal Aid’s support, Wilma was able to stay in her home, now safe, sound, and fully repaired. #JusticeForAll

Spirit Week Update! Yesterday was all about the steps! A whopping 500,126 steps were logged by 52 staff members! A big shoutout to the Central Office Housing team for crushing it with an average of 12,199 steps! 💪 Today, we're cooling off with a tasty treat because it's Float Day! 🍨🥤 Thanks to our awesome Events and Hospitality Committee, we have DIY ice cream floats! Yummy! 😋
