Elections have policy consequences, especially in healthcare. Our colleagues are tracking the short term and long term agendas that will be shaped by the November 5th results. There are many items that will be tackled in a lame-duck session, but the tenor of that session will change based on the results. Control of both the House and Senate in 2025 will likely be determined by narrow margins, but the differences in the legislative agenda are vast. And of course new agency leadership will bring forth regulatory changes, no matter who wins. Watch the replay of our most recent webinar looking at policy agendas. Keep an eye out for our annual Political Checkpoint webinar on November 12. And if you have questions, please reach out to Clay Alspach or David Lee to start a conversation.
