Law Firm Owners + Lawyers -- Never Forget This for Sales Calls ⬇️ It can feel awful when a potential client doesn't pick you as their lawyer. I've been there. You can feel like: ➡️You bombed the intake call ➡️They didn't trust you ➡️You didn't know the right things to say Speaking with potential clients can be so nerve wracking, especially if you have so much riding on the outcome of the call. This is the key. DETACH from the outcome of the interaction. Whether or not someone picks you as their lawyer -- it doesn't have a bearing on whether you are a good law firm owner or lawyer.
