The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's Reimagining Energy and Vehicles (REV) program provides competitive incentives for EV, solar, renewable and energy storage manufacturers to move or expand in Illinois. But Illinois does stop there. It is the proud home of 1,000+ companies across the EV supply chain, and the state has invested more than $45 billion in infrastructure to support continued growth. As a top-10 producer of engineering, computer science, and precision production talent in the U.S., Illinois has also invested $180+ million in renewable energy workforce training and built close ties between manufacturers and local educators to prepare the workforce to support business growth.
