Arts Council England has been working in collaboration with the opera sector on analysing what people see as important. Claire Mera-Nelson, Director of Music at ACE talks to Princess Agina at the recent Business of Opera conference in London about how this process informs the criteria ACE will use in decision making on allocating funding for opera and music theatre.
