This was a special one because we had our friends from Happier Camper join us, shout out to Rita Simpson, for bringing two awesome demo camper vans to display in our service drive. We also had great tunes from Joey Creede and Marcy from Gone to the Dogs Rescue had plenty of adorable furry loved ones available to adopt. Toyota Santa Monica was part of the Toyota "Big Summer Giveback" this month donating $10k to Kids in Need Foundation. Yesterday our team distributed 400 backpacks full of supplies to the Santa Monica Police Activities League at their annual "Back 2 School Night" event. Over the past three years this partnership between KINF and Toyota has raised over $3.75 million supporting over 140,000 students! We want to send a big thanks to Eula Fritz with the SM Police Activities League and Darla Benjamin with KINF.org for organizing this great event! #BigSummerGiveback

Hyundai Santa Monica had the chance to visit Children's Hospital of LA on Sunset on Tuesday, August 6th as part of the Hyundai Hope on Wheels program. This is the 26th year that Hyundai has been working to end childhood cancer and in that spirit has donated $26 million dollars. Big thanks to John Ragan at Hyundai along with the great staff at CHLA for making this happen! We look forward to participating in the future. 💙

Our entire staff would like to take a moment and give some much needed praise to CEO, Ben Gill, and his entire team at Advent for assisting our group at the end of June and early July. For those that are unaware, CDK suffered at least two cyber attacks on June 19th. It took its software offline as a precaution forcing dealerships that use CDK to find alternative ways to conduct business. That is where Advent came in for us, their team worked around the clock for us, leading into what is normally a very busy 4th of July weekend, building systems, programming forms, holding training for our sales staff, and being available for support 12-15 hours a day for two straight weeks. We are so appreciative of your time and energy that it took to get us operational during that time and we thank you again! #AdventResources

On Friday June 14th Subaru Pacific was chosen by KABC to represent at the annual Feed SoCal food drive. Our very own Carlo Lavarello and Jesse McClintock were at the Stater Brothers in Whittier, bright and early to meet the KABC crew and give the food donations collected to people that need it most. On top of the food donations, Subaru Corp. donated $10,000 to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, such a great organization that helps hundreds of thousands of people get access to food each week. Subaru Pacific has worked with Harbor UCLA Medical Center for over 5 years now in partnership with the "Subaru Loves to Care" program. The team at Subaru Pacific delivered 8 boxes of much needed blankets to cancer patients at Harbor UCLA last week. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) has been such a great organization to work with over the years and Subaru of America has made it easy to partner up with LLS to reach the communities that benefit the most from these donations. Thanks again to LaVasha Floyd at Harbor UCLA Medical Center for making this event happen! 💙

Seven boxes of blankets and supplies were delivered to the patients that need them most.
