Laura brings a wealth of experience representing national and international companies, focusing on commercial bankruptcy litigation, out-of-court workouts, foreclosure litigation, and complex litigation. Laura’s practice encompasses a broad range of clients, including secured and unsecured creditors, banks, hedge funds, committees, trustees, debtors, fiduciaries, and other parties involved in insolvency and adversary proceedings. She has worked across various industries, including hospitality, retail, financial services, maritime, oil and gas, construction, and real estate development. A recognized leader in her field, Laura is actively involved in the Louisiana Bankruptcy Bar and currently serves on the board of the Louisiana Turnaround Management Association. Before joining Krebs Farley, she was a partner at Jones Walker and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
