📚 New Research Alert: A recent study led by Virginia Commonwealth University reveals significant disparities in how teachers perceive their relationships with students, highlighting a concerning bias. The findings show that teachers, regardless of race, report higher levels of conflict with Black boys and the least with white girls, reflecting deep-rooted systemic racism and white privilege in our educational system. 👩🏽🏫 This study is a critical reminder of the need for cultural competency and anti-racism training in education. By addressing these biases, we can work towards a more equitable learning environment for all students. 🔗 Dive deeper into these important findings and learn how we can make a change: https://bit.ly/3yNMjyO #EducationForAll #EquityInEducation #SystemicRacism #TeacherBias #BlackStudentsMatter #CulturalCompetency
