In the words of Fred Rogers, “Often when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re at the beginning of something else.” For Joe Schenning, his impressive tenure with Kimball, stretching to 28 years, officially came to an end yesterday. Joe has retired as a Senior Estimator with Kimball, and certainly has left behind big shoes to fill. Just in the past three years, he’s completed 254 estimates with an award rate of 27 percent. Joe is one of those guys that leaves a lasting impression on everyone he comes into contact with. He's come a long way from a carpenter apprentice making less than $5/hour! We are so thankful for everything Joe has helped us build over the past 28 years, and wish him nothing but happiness and safe travels with his amazing wife of 39 years. You will be missed Joe, by all of us, including the dogs!
