Kering is proud to announce that is has joined the ranks of the first companies to publicly adopt science-based targets for nature. Setting ambitions, measurable goals for freshwater and land use, Kering is the first ever company to adopt pioneering science-based targets for both freshwater and land. These disclosures mark a significant milestone in advancing ambitious and measurable corporate action on nature, as world and business leaders gather at COP16 Colombia. Science-based targets for nature are a key mechanism for companies to deliver on the Global Biodiversity Framework. Aiming directly at the drivers and pressures of nature loss, science-based targets for nature will tell a company if they are taking enough of the right actions, in the right places, at the right time in order to do their part to reverse and halt nature loss by 2030. In collaboration with the Science Based Targets Network (SBTN), the Group is addressing some of the most pressing drivers of nature loss within its operations and supply chain, with an initial focus on ecosystems like the Arno basin in Tuscany. This commitment builds on our dedication to crafting luxury with purpose and underscores our role in shaping a sustainable future. #KeringForSustainability

Ahead of the twenty-seventh edition of Paris Photo Fair this November, the world's leading photo fair, dive back in the Vivian Maier retrospective at Fotografiska, supported by Kering earlier this year through our Women In Motion program. Vivian Maier: Unseen Works marked the first major U.S. retrospective of the artist, featuring around 200 works spanning the early 1950s to the mid-1980s, offering a captivating glimpse into post-war America. The exhibition is the latest chapter in the ongoing collaboration between Women In Motion and the legacy of Vivian Maier, which began in 2021 in Paris and has since traveled to Turin and Seoul. Since its inception at the Festival de Cannes in 2015, Women In Motion has extended its reach into other artistic fields where women continue to be underrepresented. Since 2016, the program has extended its support to initiatives highlighting the works of women photographers in museums, galleries, written publication and the media. The program seeks to re-contextualize the importance of women photographers in the history of the arts and shine a light on their unique perspectives.
