We are thrilled to welcome Andrew Kurzeka as our new Senior Vice President of Investments. Andrew brings a wealth of experience in hybrid acquisition and asset management roles, with an impressive track record from Dornin Investment Group, Harbor Associates, and his own firm, Teakwood Properties. His expertise spans the entire real estate spectrum, from brokers to institutional and private investors, enabling him to strategically balance office responsibilities with building essential relationships. In his new role, Andrew is responsible for conducting day-to-day asset management activities and oversight of our existing portfolio of six investments, which includes land, covered land plays, redevelopments, and traditional multi-tenant office properties. He also spearheads the identification and acquisition of new opportunities, targeting covered land plays, industrial, multifamily, and office sectors in select markets. Additionally, Andrew is tasked with sourcing new equity from private and institutional investors and securing debt capital. Andrew earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, where he also played on the men’s volleyball team. His proactive approach, financial acumen, robust business strategies, and hands-on asset management reflect his leadership and dedication to driving our investment initiatives forward.
