Kekst CNC is pleased to have advised OQ Exploration & Production on its record-breaking $2 billion IPO on the Muscat Stock Exchange S.A.O.C, the largest regional IPO and fourth largest EMEA IPO this year.   With a market capitalization of $8.1 billion, OQEP has become the largest company on the MSX after listing 25% of its share capital.   The IPO is part of an ambitious privatization program driven by the Oman Investment Authority to help diversify the Sultanate’s economy.   Congratulations to all involved.   The Kekst CNC team was led by Kevin Soady, Gregor Riemann, Christopher Deifuß, Alex Dart and Katherine Kilgallen.
