In close collaboration with Dr. Nicole Avena, our team designed Taste Training – an intentional and structured introduction of healthy vegetables, herbs, and spices during a critical stage of an infant’s development (the first 1,000 days). The program helps shape a child's young palate, training their tiny tastebuds to enjoy a wide variety of foods, which in turn, fosters healthier eating habits as they grow. The experience we had with BeyondSKU, matriculating through their 12-week program, was incredible. Our team learned so much. The BeyondSKU partnership has begun the search for innovative food and beverage brands for its fifth track, which is slated to start in September. The 12-week program will teach companies about mission and vision, branding, investment strategy, legal, channel strategy, supply chain, innovation and other areas. "We can’t believe how accelerated our growth has been since participating in Cohort 4 of BeyondSKU," said Danny Auld, co-founder of Kekoa Foods. "The mentors are seasoned CPG leaders who encouraged us to share our biggest pain points so they could offer their insight, expertise and connections to help us develop a solid growth plan over an 18-month period.
