Salespersons and Brokers must complete 12 hours to renew a Kansas real estate license, including at least 3 mandatory hours in an approved course titled "Kansas Required Core". Code of Ethics is not a core course for Kansas, but may count as an elective if approved. #ksleg #kansasrealestate
