The 4114 Creative Offices at North Hills recently received LEED Silver Certification! The 5-story, 80,000-square-foot Class A mixed-use building features collaborative office space atop street-level retail. The exciting sustainability certification can be attributed to the development’s walkable site and holistic approach to pedestrian pathways and landscaped areas, including a private rooftop terrace with immersive views. The project also consumes 16% less energy and 30% less water than a typical building, as well as diverting 80% of waste from landfills. This building is a vital component of the Kane Realty Corporation North Hills Expansion in Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition to the Creative Offices, Ci is providing architecture, master planning, and landscape design services for the major redevelopment of an underutilized shopping center, transforming it into 2 million square feet of high-density mixed-use retail, residential, hospitality, and office space.
