Side Hustlers chronicles the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. While they receive consistently higher performance ratings than colleagues in similar roles, the same manager will rate their potential 8.3% lower. As a result, women are 14% less likely to be promoted, according to researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
