"The arts invite us to see, to think, to listen, to feel, and to reflect. I can’t imagine a more urgent path for humans and for humanity.” - Patricia Valian Reser The recently completed Patricia Valian Reser Center for the Creative Arts is a truly mixed-use facility, collapsing distinctions between audience and performer, rehearsal and performance, students and the public. The building supports the university’s goal of moving from a STEM to STEAM education model and transforms everyday spaces into platforms for expression. From the 500-seat recital hall and black box theater to the 3,000 sq. ft. Stirek Gallery and “Student Heart” in the lobby, PRAx has something for everyone to enjoy. 📸 Christian Columbres
