We are excited to share our recent investment with Matheson Capital for the acquisition of Residences at St. George, a value-add 248 unit class-B apartment community in Savanah, Georgia. This investment aligns with our dedication to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and follows a similar business plan to that of Summer’s Run, our previous investment with Matheson Capital that is currently outperforming its pro forma. Key Investment Highlights: - Low going in cost basis and 2.95% assumable fixed rate debt, “Today’s Prices with Yesterday’s Debt”. - Large concentration of local employment centers around the Port of Savannah, the 3rd busiest port in the United States, catering to primarily blue-collar workers seeking affordable housing. - Overall strong risk-adjusted return for a cash-flowing asset with significant upside potential with Matheson Capital’s renovation plan and expertise. This venture includes the Four Seasons Island Resort and the newly acquired Pine Mountain Resort, marking a strategic move towards diversification in the hospitality market.  This investment aligns with our dedication to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
