📊 Urban Planning, Digitalization, and Data Management: The delegation explored Atlanta’s efforts to integrate technology into urban planning, highlighting strategies for efficient governance and digitization of the local administration.
🌱 Urban Agriculture and Food Systems: Through visits to urban farms and food initiatives, the visitors explored sustainable food production, fostering resilient and local food systems that support community and food security. Atlanta counts nearly 200 community gardens, 30 urban farms, and 20 community gardens in municipal parks!
🏙️ Urban Spaces Regeneration: The Atlanta Beltline is a 22-mile loop of trails, parks, and future transit connecting 45 neighborhoods and creating vibrant public spaces. Along the path, you can find new restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and local businesses, as well as art, cultural exhibits, and programs.
