Thank you Tompkins Cortland Community College for hosting our Direct-to-Work Pathways to Manufacturing program last week. Pathways to Manufacturing is a full-time, five-week training program that blends classroom instruction, team-building exercises, and hands-on experience, lead by our own Danielle Szabo with Mary Holland-Bavis. The students really enjoyed their experiences. #TompkinsCounty, #DirecttoWork, #IAED
Last week, TC3 hosted students from the SUNY Pre-apprenticeship Direct-to-Work: Pathways to Manufacturing program, in partnership with Ithaca Area Economic Development. Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering Alex Chernyakov led a hands-on 2-day training session in electronics component soldering, equipping students with essential skills for careers in manufacturing. ⚙️ It’s inspiring to see the dedication of these future professionals as they build skills for the workforce!
