A special highlight of the evening was the collaboration between JW Marriott Miami's culinary team lead by Chef Patrick Palmer and Michelin-starred Chef Bernardo Paladini from Massimo Bottura’s renowned restaurant Torno Subito. Guests were treated to a culinary masterwork featuring the iconic Bottura's Tortellini, and a wonderfully presented Italian menu prepared by chef Palmer. This unique collaboration provided an authentic gourmet experience for our guests, seamlessly complementing the presentations of our keynote speakers. Earlier this week, IACCSE President Graziano Sbroggio and Executive Director Nevio Boccanera traveled to Chicago to participate in the meeting of Italian Chambers of Commerce of North America. This gathering provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on enhancing support for small Italian companies and to explore ways to integrate initiatives across Canada, the USA, and Mexico. They also connected with several wine producers at Vinitaly USA, sharing details about the upcoming Authentic Italian Food & Wine Festival, which will take place in Miami in May 2025. #ItalyAmericaChamberSoutheast #VinitalyUsa #AuthenticItalianFestival

Wow, what an amazing night for our Chamber and its guests yesterday! We had the honor of hosting FIFA President Gianni Infantino as our special guest. It was a great opportunity to talk about how major sporting events can boost local economies and strengthen trade relations. We heard insights from Silvia Marrara, the Chief of Sport Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy, and Nicolò Zini VP of Commercial Development for the FIFA World Cup 2026 – Miami Host Committee. A huge shoutout to Massimo Bottura Torno Subito restaurant and its chef Bernardo Paladini, along with the JW Marriott team, for providing us with a fantastic culinary experience. We also celebrated our wonderful local business community, with several companies that have been amazing supporters of the Italian Chamber and its mission.
