    Traditional eCommerce loyalty programs are falling short — here’s why 👇 1) Points aren’t eliciting strong customer responses Old-school loyalty programs typically use a points-based system as a reward, but this doesn’t give your customers * any reason * to remain loyal to your brand. In contrast, cash back elicits an immediate (and powerful) customer response. 2) Traditional programs fundamentally lack personalization ❌ The large majority of eCommerce loyalty programs offer the exact same rewards to every customer, in turn failing to cater to the preferences of different shopper segments. At Inveterate, we believe that every customer base and segment is unique.
