The Invest in Others Grant Program is open, but only for one more week! Invest in Others amplifies, celebrates, and inspires the charitable work of the financial services community. Part of fulfilling that mission includes our Grant Program which provides an opportunity for those working in the financial services industry to secure funding for specific programs or projects on behalf of a nonprofit that they support. In 2023 our Grant Program, which include Grants for Good and Grants for Change, awarded almost $300,000 to deserving charities. Whether it’s enhancing an existing program or supporting a new initiative, financial professionals across the country can help bridge funding gaps through these grant opportunities. Each grant awards up to $20,000 to nonprofits and grant requests are considered for program support, seed money, and capital improvements. At our recent 18th annual Invest in Others Awards Gala, we recognized the amazing charitable work of 90 financial advisors from across the country – while breaking three IiO records. We had more people in attendance than in years past. As part of our new Executive Tribute honoring Sanjiv Mirchandani, we raised more funds - nearly $700,000 - which will be equally shared by The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and IiO. And by year’s end, we will have awarded over $1.3 million in grants to charitable organizations, more than any other year! Last week, we celebrated the charitable work of 91 financial advisory professionals during the Invest in Others Awards Gala in Boston. As a result, IiO will disburse more than $1 million dollars in grants to their favorite charities thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and donors. Our final awards of the night went to Shawn Tydlaska, CFP®, MBA in the Catalyst category and Marc Cassalina, CFP® as the Lifetime Achievement category. What a great night for everyone!

Invest in Others is thrilled to announce that Marc Cassalina, CFP® from Merrill Lynch has just been named as the recipient of this year’s Lifetime Achievement award at our annual gala tonight in Boston. This prestigious announcement means that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be receiving a grant in the amount of $100,000. Congratulations to everyone!
