We are pleased to announce the recent recapitalization of The Gates at Marina, a 136-unit multifamily garden-style community. This strategic financial restructuring, valued at $45 million, has resulted in a majority stake acquisition by a fund advised by Clarion Partners, while we retain a minority equity position and continue the on-site management. The project was acquired for $39.3m in 2021. The transaction underscores the value of collaborative partnerships in enhancing and sustaining high-quality residential communities.
