Marketing was also impacted, with duplicate profiles increasing the risk of sending unaligned content. The duplicate records impacted PayFit’s ability to create complete profiles of customers and accounts, with context split up among the duplicate records. With no tool to monitor and merge duplicates automatically and a HubSpot/Salesforce sync complicating the issue, they needed a solution quickly.
