I’ve learned a lot about hiring, HR and recruitment in the eight months since I joined InnoSource. Understanding the true costs of recruiting and hiring has been one of the most eye-opening – and it’s something I think most hiring managers don’t have enough information about. Part of our job at InnoSource is to mitigate those costs, through more efficient and effective screening and recruiting, and then by absorbing the initial costs of on-boarding a new employee. I’m becoming a bit of a nerd about this stuff now, and I’m glad to talk about it anytime.
