We are proud to share that David Schneider, Vice President of Business Development at Inframark, recently moderated a panel at the #NADBankSummit2024, hosted by the North American Development Bank (NADBank). This important discussion explored innovative solutions being deployed by water utilities represented by Juan Ignacio Barragán, General Director of Water and Drainage Services of Monterrey; Juan Carlos Guerreiro Director of Public Services of the City of San Diego; Ana Sanchez, Vice President of Financial and Management Services in El Paso Water; and Marco Antonio Moreno Mexía, Secretary of Finance of the Gobierno de Baja California. Topics discussed were potable water reuse, conservation, workforce development, and watershed collaboration that specifically addresses the unique challenges faced by the communities along the U.S.-Mexican border. Focused on promoting sustainable development, NADBank is celebrating 30 years of institutional services to the border region by financing and facilitating environmental infrastructure projects. The work done by NADBank and its partners is crucial in advancing water resiliency efforts, and we are proud of David's contribution to this meaningful conversation. Reflecting on the experience, David shared, "I was excited to be invited by my friends at NADBank to moderate this esteemed panel on such an important topic, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn from all their experiences."

The Opflow Gimmicks & Gadgets competition, organized by the American Water Works Association (AWWA), recognizes innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in water treatment. Jake’s winning entry, "Pressure Eyes," is a testament to that spirit of innovation and the value it brings to our client partners. This device ingeniously addresses the challenge of managing sodium hypochlorite dosing at the North Pleasant Valley Desalter Plant in Camarillo, CA, particularly when an operator is working solo. By providing real-time visibility and control, "Pressure Eyes" ensures safe operations and consistent delivery of high-quality potable water—safeguarding public health and exemplifying the kind of forward-thinking that makes a real positive impact in our industry, for our clients and our communities. We're excited to announce our extended partnership with the city of Opelika, Alabama that began in 2005. We are truly honored to serve this vibrant community, which is adjacent to Auburn University. Our local team, including approximately 75 dedicated professionals, provides a wide range of technical expertise and essential services.
