About us
Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Infinity Health provides comprehensive medical, behavioral, dental, substance abuse, vision, mammography, an in-house pharmacy and offers a sliding fee program to assist those who qualify. Infinity Health was established in 2005, providing medical services in the Leon and Lamoni facilities. The organization now serves patients in 11 locations, and employs over 150 staff members.

After 13 years with Infinity Health, Samantha Cannon will be leaving Infinity Health at the end of the year. She has accepted an exciting new position with the Iowa Primary Care Association, one that will allow her to continue to work with community health centers across the state of Iowa. We are thrilled to announce that we have filled the CEO role, and Kyle Ahlenstorf (see below) will be joining us at the end of the year. Kyle attended Kansas State University earning a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. He then attended Nova Southeastern University earning a Master's in Occupational Therapy. Kyle enjoyed his time as an occupational therapist, spending much of this time in rural settings. Kyle wanted to further his career in administration and obtained his Master's of Business Administration from Avila University with a focus in Healthcare Administration. Seeing the benefits of providing quality healthcare in rural settings and the need for advocacy in rural medicine Kyle has taken an approach to further ensure that communities are heard at state and federal levels.
