This serves as a crucial reminder that we don’t always know the journey people are on when we come in contact with them. #healthequity

Imre’s Collective Employee Resource Group recently hosted a mock interview service activity with participants from the organization COOP Careers. COOP’s unique program model matches peer cohorts of motivated, underemployed college graduates with alumni coaches to support them in building the professional skills and networks they need to get their first good job after graduation. Mentors from across imre met with students in COOP’s Digital Marketing and Data Analytics interest tracks. Participating Imre mentors shared their thoughts on the exercise. A huge thank you to coopcareers and to our imre mentors for their time and thoughtful mentorship!
