Last week, we were thrilled to host the October 2024 Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle Convening at the University City Science Center! Convenings are centered around connection, celebration, and collaboration. This event brought local nonprofit leaders together to address key challenges and priorities they are currently navigating in the sector. Ahead of the convening, leaders submitted the challenges they’re facing, which helped shape our session topics like fundraising, scaling, leadership, staffing, and well-being. Attendees opted into discussions most relevant to their goals which created a powerful space for exchanging insights, resources, and strategies to support one another’s work. The room was filled with great energy, fresh perspectives, and meaningful conversations! We look forward to hosting our next convening in the Spring of 2025! A big shout-out to our guest facilitator Kristin Finger for her lively, interactive session on applied improv! And thank you to The Barra Foundation and Witty Gritty for your partnership and event support! #NonprofitLeadersCircle #ImpactEDPhl #Collaboration #LeadersSupportingLeaders
