If you don't know Johnny by now, what are you even doing?! Johnny Walker, the National Technical Manager for ICP, plays a key role in conducting many of the APOC certified applicator trainings. With 35 years of experience in the building materials industry, Johnny brings a wealth of knowledge. His background includes certifications in roof repair, ownership of a residential home maintenance and remodeling company, service as an independent sales rep for a national coatings company, and experience as a site supervisor for roofing contractors, where he oversaw the installation of over one million square feet of cool roof coatings. Spotlight on ERG team member, Tim McCarthy! Joining ICP Group in 2024, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest within ICP Group’s Environmental Restoration Group (ERG). With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, along with a career working for major coatings manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and consultants, Tim has immersed expertise in providing top-tier environmental solutions. Tim is responsible for overseeing environmental restoration sales and distribution of Fiberlock and Benefect products, which includes mold resistant coatings, disinfectants, cleaners and more. His focus on innovation, unparalleled service, product stewardship, and education ensures that these products reach various distribution channels effectively. Originally from Michigan, Tim now resides just outside of Chicago with his wife Shannon and their puggle/beagle mix, Cooper. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing golf, indulging in photography, and spending quality time with his children.

Marine Veteran’s Third Act: Leading Florida’s Roofing Sales With Honor and Expertise “Being in roofing is not just something I do; it’s part of who I am,” Buckhold says. “It’s all I’ve known for my entire life—roof coatings and roof maintenance.” George Buckhold served two tours of duty in Iraq as a U.S. Marine from 2005 to 2009 and survived four improvised explosive device (IED) attacks while doing so. Buckhold, a dedicated sales manager in the roofing and waterproofing distribution business who is also a second-generation roofing expert (his father worked in asphalt roofing all his life), loves what he does and is committed to helping expand ICP’s reach in the Sunshine State. He belongs to the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association and several of their regional affiliates to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
