Leyila, a proud mom of twin girls, faced unexpected challenges after a high-risk pregnancy. Despite having a history of gestational diabetes and neurological issues, she was determined to ensure the best care for her new family. Thankfully, her Meridian care manager, Keena, stepped in to provide essential support during this critical time.
