📊 Impact in Action! 📊 San Francisco relies on nonprofits to provide critical support during tough times. Nonprofits are evaluated and held accountable to ensure they maximize their impact. 🌟 We continue our nonprofit spotlight by shining a light on Rachel Beach, Huckleberry's Director of Research & Evaluation. 🌟 Rachel designs and implements Huckleberry's program data entry and reporting systems which enable us to report program outcomes to funders and donors. Continuous evaluation of our programs allows Huckleberry to provide the most impactful services that are cost-effective. Rachel is also Huckleberry's Salesforce database administrator which holds all of our program data. Additionally, she trains staff on HIPAA-compliance. 🌟 Let’s shine a light on the difference nonprofits make every day! 🌟 #SFNonprofitsWork #SocialSafetyNet

We continue to 🌟 Shine a Light on SF Nonprofits in the month of October🌟 💖 Transformative Change: Katelyn's Experience 💖 Katelyn received holistic care and consistent, youth-centered opportunities at Huckleberry Youth Programs. She stayed at Huckleberry House when she needed crisis shelter due to conflict within her home, accessed medical services at the Huckleberry Youth Health Center, met with a Huckleberry therapist for mental health support, and reached her post-secondary education and career goals through Huckleberry's college access programming! With referrals from her Huckleberry case manager, Katelyn also found stable housing and had her basic needs met. She says: "I’m so grateful to be a client of Huckleberry’s services for all these years. I had little to no knowledge about how to live and define success, but everyone I’ve met at Huckleberry has taught me so much - not only about how to live - but how to enjoy living.” #SFNonprofitsWork #SocialSafetyNet

Calling all volunteers! Huckleberry is in need of assistance in the month of October. The Huckleberry Youth Health Center is recruiting 5 to 10 volunteers to help create Menstrual Kits and Safe Sex Kits for youth who visit our clinic. Youth can take these kits with them FREE OF CHARGE when they pop in for clinic services. We also have an opportunity for 5-10 volunteers to help us label and stamp our annual appeal! Let us know if your company, school, book club, or spiritual group would be interested in helping Huckleberry Youth Programs. We'd love to have you! #volunteer #volunteeropportunities #makeadifference #helpakid #helpyouth #supportyouth #bayareavolunteering
