    Tomorrow is Election Day, and we know that HR leaders may face challenges in supporting their teams through the political divide that can follow. Earlier this year at Transform, people-first leaders Bryan Wolff, Jessica D. Winder, Carolyn Frey, Tiana Davis Kara, and Andrea Robb shared insights on the panel, “Fostering Unity Amid Political Diversity in an Election Year.” Their advice focused on creating spaces for understanding, empathy, and connection which are crucial in maintaining a positive workplace culture during charged times.
