Exciting News from HousingPlus! For the second year in a row, our two Housing and Urban Development-funded projects scored the highest scores out of 150 other housing service providers city-wide in the 2024 Annual Continuum of Care Evaluation! Grace House Consolidated scored 95.96 and Lincoln Park scored 95.61! A huge shoutout to our Program team members who made this all possible, and for always delivering quality service to our participants.
